Management Corp Employees Workshop has been organized to strengthen bond with stakeholders of the Scheme
The 2022 Management Corps Employers workshop which was held in Asaba the Delta State capital brought together stakeholders, from far and near, including the Oshimili South Council Chairman.
The NYSC Management employee workshop which has it's theme as Emmerging Challenges of Corps Administration: A Corps Employers Perspective was declared open by Director National Youth Service Corps South south Area office, Alhaji Sanusi, Abdulrasheed represented by the Deputy Director, Human Resource and Training Area Office Mrs Bona Fasakin while declaring open the workshop said the event was apt, coming at a time good leadership and co operation was a major tools to achieving developmental goal
The Director overseeing the NYSC Mrs Charity Ifeyinwa Ubah represented by the state co ordinator NYSC Mr Olusegun Alao said the 2022 employers workshop was put in place for the smooth operation of the scheme
She said it would give room for corps employers and the NYSC Management on ways to improve corps welfare in various Communities where corps members are posted.
The Chairman on the occasion, Mr. Obi Kelvin Ezenyili Who is also the Oshimili South Council Chairman commended the State NYSC Director for ensuring that officers and corps members serving in the state were given their pride of place and advised on the need to give listening ears to corps members. The workshop featured various paper presentations to include Emerging Challenges of Corps Administration at the grass Root; Management Expectations From Corps Employers by Mrs Bona Fasakin
The second paper presentations was on Emerging Challenges of Corps Administration: A Corps Employers Perspective.
And the Role of Stakeholders in the Administration: Rejection, Under Utilization and Evasion of Service..
