Flood Victims in Iyede,receives cash gift

The  Executive Assistant to the Governor on peace building and Conflict Resolution Reverend God's Power Agbuduta has presented palative to  the 2022 flood   Victims

Reverend Agbuduta while presenting   cash gift at Iyede in Isoko North local government area said the fund should be used to purchase  farm produce lost to during flood

He said the gusture would go a long way  to cushion the negative effect of the flood and advised that the cash received, should be invested on fingerlines and cassava stem,

According to him, over 15 farmers benefited,while  emphasizing that  few donors thought it wise to touch the lives of some of the flood victims.

The benefitaries thanked the donors and promised not to misuse the fund While three members of one family, seriously affected by the flood were reported to had fall  Ill as a result of the negative  effect of the  flood , although, cash was received on their behalf.
