Amicable friends Club, donates, food items to Orphanage


 

 

 


 

 Amicable friends club  has presented food items to the motherless baby's home of the Anglican Dioceses Asaba.

The body which is made up of Directors from different ministries  in the State civil service said there was need to give back to the society as part of their cooperate socio responsible.

The leader of the team Mr James Agonye who is also a permanent secretary, in the state civil service said the gesture was to give back to the society.

The permanent secretary reprsented by the Director, House of Assembly Commission Mr Glamour Ogiti  Said it was the first time Amicable friends club was embarking on such an act and stresssd that the gesture was also part of end of year activities by the body.

While promising that as friends they decided to visit an ophanage and would make  it a continuous process to always reach out to the less Privileged in the society

He called on philanthropists, members of the society to join hands at providing support to ophanages and the less Privileged in the society thereby making the world a better place for all.

According to him the gesture was born out of the desire to put smiles on the faces of the less Privileged.

He emphasized the need for every body  including individuals, cooperation and  social
organization, to join hands in reaching out to the less Privilege in the society.

Receivilng the items, one of the staff at the motherless babys home expressed appreciation while prayers were said by the children.Directors from Ministry of Basic & Sec Education, Office of HoS,
