 Effort by Deltans to collect their Permanent voters card have been chracterized with difficulties.
Henrietta Oniyamah who visited Uzeigwe primary school, one of the collection centre for ward 9 Asaba.
A visit to Uzeigwe primary school, reviews  a massive crowd waiting to collect their PVCs     
Some said they arrived the collection point as early as 6am and there was no present of INEC offfiicials on ground .
According to them,the situation led to a protest where the Oshimili south local government Chairman intervened by putting a call to the official of INEC   who later ordered their staff to the Uzoiwe collection centre They  called on INEC administration to put strategies on ground that would enhance the collect of PVCs before 29th of January to enable every one execise their franchise
The respondents called on INEC for extension of the date for collection.
