DELTA STATE GOVERNMENT FULFILLS PROMISE OF FIXING THE OGWASHI UKU-KWALE BRIDGE.

The Delta State Government has fixed the  Ogwashi Uku bridge which caved in on Monday 15 May 2023 following the overwhelming pressure of the Obo river. 


This was inline with Okowa's electioneering  promises to ensure that Delta gets the dividend of democracy.

It was  fixed this morning 17 may 2023 after the firm worked all through the night on the bad spot.

The Works Commissioner, Mr Noel Omordon, who visited the  construction site on 16 of May 2023 for on the spot accessment  promised,  the state government effort at ensuring that by Monday 17 may 2023 the failed bridge would be accessable to vehicular movement. 


 He thanked the contractor handling the project for the commitment to fixing the failed spot and apologized to those who suffered inconveniences as a result of the challenge.
