The Permanent Secretary, Delta State Ministry of Urban Renewal, Mrs. Charity Ehimen, has carried out property development control on ongoing physical development/project sites.
The visit, which took her and the some directors from the ministry round the Delta State Capital Territory was to ensure that the property development control measures was put in place by property owners.
