BISHOP OBUH FROWNS AGAINST FALSIFICATION OF AGE.

The Bishop of Asaba, Diocese of the Anglican Communion Right Reverend Kingsley Obuh has expressed dislike over persons who falsify their age in the civil and service. Right Reverend Obuh stated this during the thanksgiving and retirement service held in honour of Reverend Canon Leslie Ogbewe at Asaba He said that Reverend Canon Ogbewe is still strong and heathy at retirement and noted that it was because he stated his actual age at the point of entering the Delta State Civil Service. The Bishop said as ones age increases strength Begins to fail as many could no longer function effectively due to old age Right Reverend Obuh noted that christians should not deviate from the love of God until their time is up on earth. He advised against covetousness saying that believers should not lean on their own understanding as illegal acquisitions of wealth amount to vanity and believers should ensure that they make the bible their standard . The celebrant Reverend Canon Leslie Ogbewe and wife Dame Patience thanked God for giving them the grace to attain such height. Others interviewed shared their experiences with the celebrant.
