CLERGY ADMONISHES HUMANITY TO SEEK SALVATION THROUGH THE FEAR OF GOD

The need for humanity to realise salvation of life by building the foundation of their lives with the fear of God has been stressed.

Pastor Eludi Christian of the Mountain of Fire Ministry, Mid-West Region 7, Owa made the call at Owa-Alero in Ika North-East Local Government Area of Delta State during the burial ceremony of Late Mrs. Agnes Izealikwue  Nwaeke, who transited at the age of 99 years.

He said it was rewarding for one to imbibe the principles of Christ and live a good life in which one would be remembered.

Pastor Eludi, who admonished every individual to always serve God with a clean heart in order to receive several blessings from Him, described Late Mrs. Nwaeke as a dedicated servant of God.

Speaking to newsmen shortly after the burial, the son of the deceased, Pastor Isioma Michael Nwaeke  described his mother as an exceptional woman who he said impacted on the lives of her children.

He said that their mother loved truth and hated lies throughout her life time , adding that she inculcated moral values and discipline in them.

Pastor Nwaeke stated that his mother brought them up in the fear of God, adding that her demise had created a vacuum in the Nwaeke Family and pledged to sustain her legacies.

Also speaking, Comrade Ogochukwu  Nwaeke explained that the deceased was a kind-hearted and very accommodating woman, saying that those the deceased left behind would sustain the existing peace in the family.



In his remarks, Comrade Sylvanus Eboagwu, who is one of deceased cousins narrated how the deceased showed him and his siblings love following the death of their father several years ago.

Comrade Eboagwu said that he was happy to have the deceased as his aunty and that he was consoled by the fact that his late aunty lived a fulfilled life.
