Co - Operative Union Organizes Seminar and Workshop for collaboration to enhance the economic wellbeing of Members

The Annual Seminar and Workshop for non Management Committee Members of co - operative societies and Unions in Delta State has been held, with a call on members to foster collaboration and enhance their economic well being. 

 The event which took place in Asaba, the Delta State Capital, attracted civil servants and others registered members of the Oshimili Number One Multi Purpose Co Operative Union limited. 

 The President, Oshimili Number one Multi Purpose Co Operative Union limited Asaba Sir Michael Ugbechie said it was an annual event and that Representives were drawn from various co operatives, that made up the Union with the sole mandate of advancing the standard of living for members of the Union as well as fostering Sustainable economic development. 

 The first speaker at the event Chief larry Onyeche who spoke on what he titled the "ROLE OF NON MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEMBERS OF THE CO OPERATIVE SOCIETY " harped on the dos and the don't by non Management members while also stating the cleteria for membership. 

 While Mr Newton Utomi engaged participates on discuss on "MANAGEMENT OF STRESS AND HYPERTENSION" he noted at age 40 and above some person's may be prone to illnesses like hypertension and dietetics and as such should consider the types of diet consumed as well as routine check on their blood pressure. 


 The even also featured presentation on way of accessing the National house fund by the branch Manager Federal Montage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) Pastor Magdalene Ibanichuka .
