The immediate past Director-General (DG) of the Delta State Orientation Bureau and Special Adviser to the immediate past governor of the state, Senator (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa, on Orientation,   Eugene Azuka Uzum Esq,  has expressed delight and congratulated David Igbodo, over his emergence as the President-General (PG) of the Otolokpo Progress Union in Ika North East Local Government Area of the state.

Uzum stated this at his country home in Asaba while chatting with newsmen over the emergence of the new PG in the community.

Uzum said that he was particularly elated with the emergence of Igbodo as the new PG of the community, considering his wealth of experience as a retired Assistant Inspector General (AIG) of the Nigerian Police, adding that Otolokpo would witness tremendous development during the tenure of Igbodo as the PG of the community.

He called on the people of the community, Otolokpo in diaspora and relevant stakeholders to give the new PG the needed support towards taking Otolokpo to greater heights.

Barr Uzum emphasized that unhealthy competition, insecurity and lack of patriotism is holding sway in the community as a result of poor traditional instrument of leadership which he believes AIG Dave Igbodo has the capacity to tame.

Uzum prayed God to continue to give Igbodo excellent health and the wisdom to successfully discharge his duties as the PG of Otolokpo.
