LIFE-ND Evaluates incubator and incubatees on Chicken Rearing.

Mr. Damian Omare the knowledge management and communication officer Mr. Samuel Ndidi the State monitoring and evaluation assistant lead the tour on monitoring and evaluating LIFE - ND graduate incubetees on behalf of the Delta state project coordinator Mr. Collins Ashoro.

 Offering an insights into the world of poultry farming the Delta state livelihood improvement family enterprises projects for the Niger Delta (LIFE- ND) 2022 graduate incubatee who was given starter packs to start their own poultry business said LIFE- ND has taken most youth out of poverty. 

 While stressing that the initiative, which was aimed at empowering local farmers, was funded by LIFE - ND , in a bid to enhancing food security. 

 A visit to Agbor areas of Delta State indicates that Mr Micheal Stanley from Emuhu community and Mr Cyprian Obiauke from Mbiri, community were both poultry farmer empowered by the Delta LIFE -ND, they bared their mind on the journey into the operation of poultry farming. 

 They said through training and support, the LIFE - ND Projects has increased their income and improved their standards of living as well as contributed to meeting the growing demand for poultry products in the state 

 At the bole hole site constructed by Delta LIFE -ND at Ekuoma community, the desk officer ika South local government Mr Benson Omosigho and the chairman bolehole maintenance officer Chuks Ajai said the project as assisted the Ekuoma farmers in irrigation of their vegetables and for other domestic. and also serve as a source of potable water for the community
