The Secretary to the Delta State Government (SSG), Dr. Kingsley Emu, has been eulogised for his uncommon passion towards the upliftment and empowerment of humanity.
The Founder of Dyslexia Initiative Project Africa (DIPA), Enddy Sunny-Udjor, who made the assertion while congratulating Dr. Emu on his birth anniversary, said that his contributions and service to the State was commendable.
Enddy Sunny-Udjor noted that as the grand patron of Dyslexia Initiative Project Africa (DIPA), Dr. Emu has continued to impact positively on the organization, adding that he was an inspiration to many of them.
While expressing their heartfelt appreciation to the SSG, Enddy Sunny-Udjor wished him abundance of joy , good health and success in all his endeavours.
" Today, we raise our voices to celebrate the incredible journey of a remarkable personality, Dr. Kingsley Emu, who not only serves the State as the SSG but also as the grand patron of Dyslexia Initiative Project Africa (DIPA) on the momentous occasion of his birthday"
She further described Dr. Emu as a great asset to the State and pledged the support of her organization to the state government at all times.
