JONAPID ANIOCHA SOUTH DELTA STATE CHAPTER HONOURS THEIR PATRONS AND A MATRON

The Joint Association of Persons living with disabilities JONAPID Aniocha South Local government Chapter took the center stage during the Yelitide to honor their patrons and a matron.

 in a heartwarming award ceremony held at the Aniocha South local government Secretariat hall, highlighted the support and encouragement provided by their patrons and matron who have played pivotal roles in their lives. 

 Delivery a lecture by the coordinator and the Delta State chapter, second vice chairman of the Association of Persons living with disabilities Comrade Ifeanyi Chikunie stressed the need for members to strive towards self reliance and remain law abiding regardless of their challenges.

 Speaking, the Chairperson Joint Association of Persons living with disabilities Aniocha South Local government Chapter Mrs Binta Nnaka Okonkwo said the get together and award giving event was to give their people a sense of belonging during the Yelitide as well as to interface with the groups patrons and matron. 

 The event was a demonstration of gratitude, showcasing the bonds formed between the physically challenged persons and the patrons and matron of the body for their selfless effort at championing their cause. 

 Heartfelt speeches and emotional testimonials was delivered by patrons and a matron who were later presented with awards which symbolized the deep appreciation of the physically Challenged persons to them.

 The award recipients included the PDP Aniocha South Chairman,and the grand patron of body Honourable Mike Okwufulueze, Engineer Donatus Onyebuchi and the matron Dr Emmanuela Clinton.

 Members of the Joint Association of Persons living with Disabilities present at the event received eleven bags of 50 kg rice, 14 bags of Ten kg rice, ten cartoons of indomie and 30 bottles of one kg grandaunt oil.
