The Vice President Nigeria Association of Women Journalists( NAWOJ )South - South, Zone F Comrade Stella Macaulay has congratulated the governor of Edo State on his emergence as the chairman BRACED Commission.
Comrade Macaulay Stated this in an interview with Journalists in Asaba the Delta State Capital.
She said the emergence of the Edo State Governor as the Chairman BRACED COMMISSION would give room to address issues confronting the six States in the South- South geo political Zone.
Comrade Macaulay urged other State Governors in the region to join hands with their Edo State counterpart, Godwin Obaseki to key into policies and Programmes that would foster the Socio-economic development of the areas.
The NAWOJ South - South VP ZONE F harped on the need for governors of the South- South to engage the federal government on infrastructural development especially on the construction and rehabilitation of federal roads across the Zone.
