The Edo State Deputy Governor, Engr Godwins Marvellous Omobayo, says he will continue to support all overall development in Sports
The Deputy stated this when he played host to a delegation of Edo Sports Commission, led by its Chairman, Yusuf Ali at the Office of the Deputy Governor.
Engr Omobayo said that he was born into a sports family, as his parents both studied Physical Education describing himself as a football lover and has been a strong supporter of Bendel insurance Football Club.
The Edo State number two citizen affirmed his commitment to the success of the state-owned Bendel insurance FC and its female counterparts, Edo Queens FC.
He expressed determination to take the sports sector to glorious heights, while also stating that the visit was felicitate with the Deputy Governor on his appointment and swearing-in.
The Deputy Governor was thereafter presented with customized jerseys of both Bendel insurance and Edo Queens FC.
