FORMER PRESIDENT, GOODLUCK JONATHAN TO COMMISSION DELTA STATE HIGH COURT COMPLEX, JUNE 4, 2024

The Delta State Commissioner for Information Dr Ifeanyi Osuoza has said Governor Oborevweri is kicking off the second year of his administration with the commissioning of projects. 

 Dr Osuozu stated this in Asaba the Delta State Capital.

 The Information Commissioner noted that to underscore and acknowledge the huge importance of the symbol of justice, the Delta State High Court Complex will be Commissioned by an outstanding, phenomenal, globally adored and universally celebrated national icon of peace , leadership and integrity, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan the former President of Nigeria, on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at High Court Road, GRA, Asaba , by 11 in the morning. 

 The Information Commissioner, noted that governor Oborevweri made the promise during the glorious Praise and Worship anniversary , to ensure that Deltans get more dividends of democracy by Commissioning one of his legacy structure which he described as dear to his heart. According to him , Deltans are very much aware of the unprecedented 38 Court cases which Governor Sheriff Oborevwori was subjected to and endured with tremendous psychological mettle and this magnificent, five-storey edifice, adorned with 6 conference halls, 6 witness waiting rooms, 6 secretary offices, 6 Court rooms, 6 holding cells, Lawyers Lounge, Judges Lounge, VIP Lounge, Multi-purpose Hall, General Conference Hall, Ceremonial Hall, Chambers, a library, zoom room, computer laboratory, public and private elevators, registry, canteen, car park and male and female convenience apartments, a 350 KVA Generator and paid independent power plant connected to the State Independent Power Plant to supply uninterrupted power to the complex, will serve as a dedicated symbol of the judiciary, as the citadel of hope and bastion for justice for years to come.

 Dr Osuozu reaffirmed Governor Sheriff Oborevwori promise to serve Deltans with humility, in the discharge of his responsibility as governor of the State. 

 He said the governor will continue to work relentlessly at Advancing and Transforming the State with his MORE Agenda stressing that Deltans would enjoy MORE dividends of democracy as the second year in office unfolds.
