He said that the Late Etserefe who died at the age of 76 years was a kindhearted man that was unassuming and accessible to his people and others that needed one form of assistance or the other from him .

Oghoro stated that many people enjoyed the benefits of having him around them and urged the people he left behind to draw  inspiration from the quality of life he lived .

The PS enjoined every individual to live and care for others and share whatever knowledge and talents that God had given to them with others so that the society would be a better place.
Oghoro, however, explained that his Principal Secretary, Mr. Solomon Etserefe was a dependable and reliable person that has continued to apply so much passion and commitment to work, stressing that he was willing to serve effectively at all times.

Responding, Mr. Solomon Etserefe and his younger brother, Mr. Godstime Etserefe (JP) stated that their father was a  humble and peace loving man .

Solomon Etserefe particularly said that their father as a disciplinarian,  organized his children and family together, just as he noted that it was the reason why there was unity among his children and family.
While commending the Permanent Secretary in Ministries of Primary and Secondary Education, Mr. Augustine Oghoro for his support to him at all times and the staff of the Ministries of Primary and Secondary Education for being there for him ,  Mr. Solomon Etserefe affirmed that he would not take the  show of love for granted.
They thanked well-wishers for identifying with them and pledged to sustain the legacies of their father,  even as Mr. Godstime Etserefe (JP)   lauded his colleagues in his office and members of Justices of Peace  including Dr. Onoriode Etatsemi (JP) for standing by him.
