Deltans on behalf of the people of Oghara Kingdom, have extended their warmest congratulations to His Excellency, Chief James Onanefe Ibori, former Governor of Delta State on the occasion of his 66th birthday anniversary on Sunday, August 4, 2024.
In a congratulatory message from 30 prominent political associates of Chief James Onanefe Ibori, including Pastor Champion Kpateghe , Chief Williams Makinde , Rt. Hon. Monday Igbuya , Chief Judith Enamutor, Prince Charles Abutor , Chief Kelvin J. Awikpe, Chief Henry O. Ofa PhD , Hon. (Barr.) Ejaife Omizu Odebala , Mr. Richmond Efe Obodo ,Prof. Onome Ogueh and Chief (Barr) Lucky Omo Takpor, noted that they appreciated Chief Ibori for his exemplary leadership, political transformation, and selfless compassion in uplifting lives without boundaries or ethnicity.

The statement asserted that it gladdens their hearts that, despite leaving office 17 years ago, his commitment to good governance, empowerment, and infrastructural development remained indelible in their hearts and the lives of his people.
